「シャツには香水/オードトワレでハッピーバレンタイン!?」

"Happy Valentine's Day with perfume/eau de toilette on your shirt!?"

The second part of the popular YouTube program "The Future of E-Commerce," which was recorded at the end of last year, has been uploaded.

I hope you will take a look at this article, in which President Yanagida of OZIE shirt company skillfully draws out my opinions on new product development as part of CRM activities (corporate activities aimed at improving relationships with customers, such as repeat sales and customer retention).

If you are selling shirts D2C, how about a detergent that can be used specifically for the collar, neck, and cuffs?
In terms of coming up with ideas on the spur of the moment, this technique has been derided in various places as an improvisation consulting technique , but you will encounter phenomena such as ideas that come to you for the first time through conversation or when you are in a certain place, or something just coming to you (if it is something you have been thinking about for a long time, it will be like a light bulb suddenly coming on in your head, but for things that you don't normally think about that much).

By the way, one of our senior managers told us,
・People who notice
I was once taught that when looking at people, such as those who notice and take action, those who don't notice, and those who notice but don't take action, there are four ways to look at them.
The best type is the one that "notices" and "takes action," and if the "person does not notice," you can encourage them to notice by giving them an opportunity to learn or by showing them your actions, but the worst type is the one that "notices" but "does not take action." This is because there is a high possibility that they will become people who wait for instructions.
For example, the room temperature may be high or low, the humidity may be high, or ventilation may be low. You may notice a customer's thirst, or even give them a compliment on their fashion or complexion.

Well, after the fact (after uploading to YouTube), I once again had a realization, or rather, just an idea. I saw a detergent for shirts at the drugstore, and especially when I saw its sales price, I thought, hmm .

Yes! Doesn't the brand have a nice scent ?
Perfume, parfum, eau de cologne, eau de toilette, etc... Hmm!? I wondered what the difference was, and thought it was a language difference, that they were French, English, and German.
According to experts, the difference is in the "ethanol concentration" and "the duration of the fragrance."
The strongest and longest-lasting fragrance is "Parfum (perfume)", the opposite is "Eau de Cologne", and somewhere in between is "Eau de Toilette". The duration of the fragrance also differs by several times.
It can be difficult to remember the scent of a brand, but each brand, especially luxury and premium brands, often has their own perfume.

Isn't it worth considering? Today, as I write this column/blog, is February 14th.
Happy Valentine's Day! Yesterday, my wife gave me a silver accessory. To be exact, it was a stainless steel bracelet with engraving.
He said he made it in a hand-made class. It was a little big when he put it on his wrist, and the inside corners hit the wrist bone. My son, who was looking at it, said, "It's just right for me!" and snatched it away. I gave you (my son) our gel.

I thought I'd write this in a column style, but I realized that in the end I ended up using our own products as usual...Anyway, Happy Valentine's Day!
