Acne: A skin concern for teenagers and Generation Z

Men often suffer from acne during adolescence and adult acne after reaching adulthood.

Frankly speaking, I think this means you should try harder to wash your face!

Of course, you shouldn't scrub your face. For men with oily skin, it's best to use a clay facial cleanser or similar to create a thick lather in the morning and evening. If you use a facial cleansing net, you can create a thick lather in just 3 to 5 seconds!

Of course, if it gets really bad, please consult a dermatologist.

In the midst of all this, we received some happy news and photos from a customer (father) who gave a face wash set to his son. We will be processing some of the sunglasses.

Facial Cleanser for Men Facial Wash Facial Cleansing Foam (Quasi-drug) 130g + Facial Cleansing Net

*We recommend that you regularly replace your facial cleansing net for hygienic reasons.

We've put together a list of "important things to know about acne care for men"!

1. Develop good face-washing habits

Wash your face twice a day, in the morning and at night (don't wash too much)

Use a facial cleanser that thoroughly removes sebum and dirt (such as one that contains clay)

Don't scrub, lather well and wash gently

After washing your face, rinse thoroughly to ensure no cleanser remains

2. Stay hydrated

Moisturize immediately after washing your face to prevent dryness

Choose a non-greasy gel or lotion

Use moisturizing products that suit your skin type (for oily skin, sensitive skin, etc.)

3. Adjust your lifestyle

Eat a balanced diet (avoid excessive intake of fatty and sugary foods)

Get enough sleep (lack of sleep increases sebum production)

Avoid stress (stress disrupts hormone balance)

Incorporate moderate exercise (promotes blood circulation and regulates hormone balance)

4. Be careful when shaving

Use a clean shaver (don't forget to change the blades)

Soften your skin with a hot towel before shaving

Moisturize thoroughly after shaving to prevent inflammation

5. Take measures against UV rays

Wear sunscreen as UV rays can worsen acne scars.

Choose a lightweight sunscreen for oily skin

6. Choose the right skin care products

Active ingredients: Uses products containing salicylic acid (keratin care), glycyrrhizic acid (anti-inflammatory), vitamin C derivatives (sebum suppression), etc.

Avoid alcohol and harsh ingredients (if you have sensitive skin)

If it does not suit your skin, do not continue using it.

7. Keep your skin clean

If you sweat, gently wipe it off (don't scrub with a towel)

Keep your pillowcases and towels clean (to prevent bacteria growth)

Avoid touching your hair or your face with your hands

8. Use a dermatologist

If over-the-counter treatments do not improve the condition, see a dermatologist.

Consider topical and oral medications prescribed by a dermatologist

Men in particular have high sebum secretion, so proper face washing, moisturizing, and lifestyle changes are important.

So it seems that the GA Cosmetics series is a good choice ♪
