メリークリスマス!、少し心配なこと。

Merry Christmas!, Just a little worry.

Merry Christmas! Christmas is over the weekend, and I'm sure many of you are feeling excited and nervous.

Our company received its annual Christmas gift of warm socks yesterday from one of our clients, and they have really come in handy with the cold weather that has been hitting us since the latter half of last week.

Well, one of the things I'm worried about is the commonly mentioned "global warming." In fact, what people in the cosmetics industry are talking about when they talk about global warming is "super drying." The whole planet is heading towards dryness. From an amateur's point of view, I think that heavy rains, typhoons, and melting glaciers (which in itself is not a good thing) will increase the amount of moisture. But no, it seems that forest fires are increasing in countries around the world, so maybe the dryness is also getting worse?

So,

"Analysis of changes in global aridity due to global warming and the impact of anthropogenic factors - Limiting the increase in global average temperature to 1.5°C can significantly reduce aridity"

I found this statement on the website of the National Research and Development Agency, National Institute for Environmental Studies.

https://www.nies.go.jp/whatsnew/20200917/20200917.html

The key points of the announcement

◆The main cause of the worsening drying of the earth over the past 100 years is thought to be global warming caused by human activities.
* In areas around the Mediterranean Sea, northern South America, and Southern Africa, if the rise in global average temperature is limited to 2°C, it is projected that the area will become drier, mainly due to a significant reduction in rainfall, than if the temperature rise were limited to 1.5°C.
◆It is believed that limiting the temperature rise to 1.5℃ could significantly reduce global drying.
This research was conducted by distinguished professors from the University of Tokyo, so "it seems that the land is becoming drier."
This time, the contents were serious, but GA Cosmetics is grateful to have more gifts (probably) from women to men as Christmas presents. Please use our all-in-one gel to moisturize your skin during the super dry winter and the new year, and have a good Christmas and a new year with glowing skin.
